KTX Baits started on Galveston Bay. Kyle was born and raised in Seabrook, Texas and grew up fishing the upper Galveston Bay complex — learning the water, the tides, and the colors that actually catch fish.
He grew up fishing familiar Gulf Coast colors: Limetreuse, Plum, Strawberry/White, Chicken-on-a-Chain. He wanted to create his own patterns and interpretations of those tried-and-true colors rather than just buying what was on the shelf.
His fishing experience later expanded from Port Mansfield to the Florida Keys, which broadened the ideas and colors behind the KTX lineup.
KTX Baits is a one-person company focused on high-quality soft plastics and proprietary profiles designed around Gulf Coast fishing styles. No fluff, no filler — just baits that fish.
